WE'RE EXCITED FOR THE WEEKEND 2012!

God is doing amazing things in the lives of young students everywhere. Students from across the Pacific Northwest join us year after year for life-changing moments, developing community and Gospel-filled weekends.

The Weekend 2012 youth conference is coming March 23-26, 2012. This year's theme is MOVE - what does it mean to not just hear and experience the Gospel, but also to MOVE for the sake of the Gospel? Join us for an awesome weekend of encountering Jesus. From worship, to speakers, to service projects, a special prayer journey, exciting breakout seminars and a weekend designed around encountering, growing and MOVING in the love of God!

• Registration
  Earlybird: $150 (Dec. 15, 2011 - Jan. 13, 2012)
  Standard: $175 (Jan. 14, 2012 - Feb. 18, 2012)
  Late: $200 (Feb. 18, 2012 - March 10, 2012)
  - December 15, 2011: Early registration OPEN.
  - January 13, 2012: Last Day to get the Earlybird Registration price!
  - February 18, 2011: Last Day to get the Standard Registration price!
  - March 10, 2011: FINAL DAY TO REGISTER FOR THE WEEKEND 2012!
  
  Theophilus Staff: The staff registration fee is fixed at $150.

• Refund Policy
  Before March 10, 2012, we are able to issue a 50% refund. After March 10, 2012, there will be NO REFUNDS.


• Bus Pickup/Dropoff Location
  Village Baptist Church [map]
  ALL students are to arrive at the dropoff location(s) at 12:30pm sharp on Friday, March 23, 2011. Buses will leave without you.
  
  IMPORTANT: Students will not be allowed to board the bus without a signed and completed waiver form.
  
  Parents should plan to pick up their students Monday, March 26, by 2:00pm at Village Baptist Church.
  
  
• Packing Restrictions
  One (1) moderately-sized bag for personal items and one bag for their sleeping bag and pillow. PLEASE LABEL ALL YOUR BAGS. Theophilus is not responsible for lost luggage. Remember, no electronics allowed.


• Theophilus Staff/Counselors
  If you have applied to staff with us at The Weekend and you have received confirmation from us, it is required you attend the Staff Training on Saturday, February 18, 2012. More details TBA.
